Engineering business Redhall Group, based in Wakefield, Yorkshire, has entered a commercial agreement with French company Baumert. Together they will pitch for work in the nuclear sector. In the year to September 2011, revenue at the Redhall Group fell from £144.7m to £126.6m and pre-tax profit fell from £7m to £3.9m. David Jackson is Chief Executive at Redhall Group Plc.

Chime Communications, a marketing services group, has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of the share capital of Succinct Communications Limited, one a company providing medical communications for prescription medicines.  Chime is acquiring the business from SCL's two owner Directors; Sean McGrath and Lisa Dodgshon. Following completion, Sean and Lisa will continue to develop SCL as part of Chime's healthcare division, OPEN Health.

Waterlogic Plc, a leading manufacturer and global distributor of point-of-use drinking water purification and dispensing systems, has acquired Prisme S.A.R.L., a vendor of POU dispensers based in the south of France, for USD 1.49 million. Prisme has an existing contracted customer base of nearly 2,400, predominantly in the south of France, and revenues of USD 1.04 million.

Waterlogic Plc, a manufacturer and global distributor of point-of-use drinking water purification and dispensing systems, has acquired the entire issued share capital of Det Stavangerske Kaffeselskap, a vendor of water dispenses and coffee machines based in Norway. Jeremy Ben-David is Group Chief Executive Officer. Steve Harrison is Group Chief Financial Officer.
